This role partners closely with our Executive Assistant team and plays a critical part in keeping our executives organized, prepared, energized and focused as the company scales.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who already has solid executive support experience and is ready to operate at a higher level-balancing multiple executives, navigating shifting priorities, supporting a growing company, and contributing to how it operates.\nTravel: Ability to travel up to 10% for company gatherings or for site visits.\nLocation: Denver, CO (hybrid - 4 day in-office role)\nCompensation: $90K -$125K (Offers Bonus)\nEssential Responsibilities\nProvide proactive, high-impact executive support to several Executive leaders, enabling focus, alignment, and execution across business-critical priorities.\n\nOwn complex calendar management across time zones and competing priorities\n\nCoordinate meetings, leadership sessions, and offsites (logistics, agendas, materials, follow-ups)\n\nArrange travel, itineraries, and expenses with attention to detail and efficiency\n\nServe as connective tissue across the executive team and key stakeholder, ensuring alignment, clarity and follow through.\n\nDrive follow-through on executive decisions and priorities, ensuring accountability and closure without prompting.\n\nMaintain organized systems for executive documents, workflows, and shared resources\n\nPartnership with Executive Assistant team\nWork closely with Executive Assistant team to triage requests and manage executive workflows\n\nSupport special projects, research, and ad-hoc initiatives\n\nServe as backup support as needed and help continuously improve executive support processes\n\nTrust, Discretion & Judgment\nHandle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism\n\nAnticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate\n\nEducation, Skills, and Experience\nRequired\n3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role supporting senior company Executives\n\nExperience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities\n\nClear, professional communication (written and verbal)\n\nOwn and proactively manage complex calendars, prioritizing business-critical work and protecting focus time\n\nProficiency with all MS365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams, and other modern collaboration tools\n\nProactivity - Anticipates needs and potential issues before they arise\n\nComfort in ambiguity - Able to navigate gray areas with confidence and accountability.\n\nHandle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion and sound judgment\n\nDemonstrates a bias toward action and the ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced startup environment without sacrificing judgment or quality\n\nExperience in a startup or high-growth company environment\n\nAble to work off-hours as needed when business needs require\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in tech, infrastructure, or data center environments\n\nInterest in executive operations, strategy, or long-term growth within the role\n\nFueled by Excellence & Collaboration\nAt Rowan, we are a distributed team united by a common mission to transform data center delivery.
