Apply now to explore exciting career opportunities at Rowan Digital Infrastructure and be a part of our mission to revolutionize data center delivery.\nRole Summary\nRowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to support forecasting and budgeting for the full income statement. The Manager will partner with internal teams to develop revenue and cost of goods sold (COGS) budgets and work with department leaders to build department-level budgets. The role will also review actual results versus budget with business leaders and help identify drivers of variances.\nTravel: Ability to travel up to 10% for company gatherings or for site visits.\nLocation: Denver, CO (hybrid in-office role)\nCompensation: $125K-$150K (Offers Bonus)\nEssential Responsibilities\nBuild detailed revenue forecasts and budgets, including key assumptions and scenario analysis\n\nPartner with department heads to develop department-level budgets and support ongoing forecast updates\n\nSupport monthly reporting and analyze actual results versus budget and forecast for the Income Statement\n\nDevelop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic initiatives\n\nIdentify key drivers of performance variances and provide actionable insights that result in value-added changes to the business\n\nDefine, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business and project performance\n\nPartner with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting\n\nWork with teams outside of finance to gather data and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting\n\nContribute to the preparation of investor reports, financial packages, and ad hoc reporting needs\n\nBe flexible and willing to support a wide range of responsibilities across accounting, finance and treasury as business needs evolve\n\nHelp to implement processes, systems, and AI to accelerate and streamline reporting\n\nEducation, Skills, and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field\n\n5+ years of relevant work experience, 3+ in the area of focus\n\nMastery of MS Office\n\nExperience building budget and forecasts\n\nExperience leveraging AI tools and managing structured datasets to support financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting a plus\n\nExperience applying accounting concepts in budgeting, forecasting, and operational support\n\nStrong analytical mind, problem-solving skills, quantitative/qualitative skillset, and modeling and presentation skills\n\nExposure to real estate, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries a plus\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, strong organizational skills, comfort with ambiguity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment\n\nBe responsive.
