Apply now to explore exciting career opportunities at Rowan Digital Infrastructure and be a part of our mission to revolutionize data center delivery.\nRole Summary\nRowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the successful planning and execution of data center development and construction projects across Rowan Digital Infrastructure’s growing portfolio.\nThis role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects who is excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment and support the delivery of next-generation digital infrastructure.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners including development, engineering, construction, finance, and external consultants and contractors. The Senior Project Manager will help lead project coordination, reporting, schedule management, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Rowan’s quality standards.\nTravel: Ability to travel 25-50% for company gatherings or to project sites.\nCompensation: $150K-178K (Offers Bonus)\nLocation: Denver, CO (3-day hybrid in-office role)\nEssential Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projects\n\nProvide mentorship and day-to-day oversight for an Associate Project Manager or Senior Associate Project Manager, supporting their professional growth, development of project management skills, and increasing responsibility across project coordination and delivery activities\n\nCollaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to advance project scope, schedule, and budget objectives\n\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs\n\nTrack project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; proactively identify and resolve risks and issues\n\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders\n\nLead coordination meetings, establish agendas, and track follow-up actions across project teams\n\nSupport procurement activities including contract administration, change order review, and invoice tracking\n\nMaintain project documentation and ensure drawings, specifications, and project records are current and organized\n\nHelp ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across project activities\n\nSupport site activities as needed, including periodic travel to active project sites\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards\n\nEducation, Skills, and Experience\nBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n7+ years of experience managing or supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry\n\nExperience managing project scope, schedule, and budget across multi-stakeholder environments\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management and document control software is a plus (Procore, P6)\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment\n\nAbility to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders\n\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills\n\nExperience with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects is a plus\n\nFueled by Excellence & Collaboration\nAt Rowan, we are a distributed team united by a common mission to transform data center delivery.
