As a key partner to the Director of Retail Operations, this role helps translate operational priorities into organized, timely execution across studios and cross-functional teams.\nThe Studio Operations & Communications Associate will manage day-to-day communications and tasking, support project coordination, maintain operational trackers and resources, and monitor completion and follow-up. The role will also support Visual Merchandising and other initiatives that require in-studio execution.\nThe ideal Studio Operations & Communications Associate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. They are a strong communicator, proactive problem solver and systems-oriented thinker who can identify gaps, follow through on details and escalate issues appropriately.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nStudio Communications\nManage day-to-day Yoobic administration and execution, including communications and tasking.\n\nBuild, schedule and maintain missions and training courses.\n\nMonitor completion and follow up on outstanding studio tasking.\n\nSupport operational communications and ensure studio-facing materials are accurate and delivered on schedule.\n\nStudio Operations Support\nMonitor studio compliance with established operational processes and identify recurring operational issues.\n\nMaintain SOPs, FAQs, job aids and other operational resources, ensuring documentation is current and appropriately versioned.\n\nSupport continuous improvement by gathering and surfacing studio feedback and operational insights.\n\nAssist with studio implementation of VM updates including coordination, communication, execution and follow up.\n\nTravel to studios as needed to support VM execution, project launches and other operational initiatives.\n\nProject & Workflow Management\nMaintain Asana projects, tasks, trackers, deadlines and dependencies.\n\nTrack deliverables on operational projects and follow up with stakeholders to keep work moving forward.\n\nSupport coordination of operational initiatives and escalate risks, delays or recurring issues to the Director of Retail Operations.\n\nAnd other duties as assigned.\nWhat you bring to the table:\n2-4 years of experience in retail operations, field operations, project coordination, business operations or a related field.\n\nExperience supporting multi-location retail or service environments preferred.\n\nStrong organizational and project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.\n\nComfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProficiency with Google Workspace and project-management tools.\n\nExperience with Asana, Yoobic or similar workflow/communication platforms preferred.\n\nComfortable working with spreadsheets, operational data and reporting.\n\nAbility to identify issues, prioritize work and escalate appropriately.\nAbility to work independently while partnering closely with
