You will partner closely with our founders to build the team selling into the world's top investment firms.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including GTM leadership, account executives, sales engineers, customer success, marketing, and business operations\n\nSource candidates directly through LinkedIn, sales communities, competitor mapping, referral networks, and industry events\n\nBuild deep pipelines of sellers who have sold into financial services, fintech, or complex enterprise environments\n\nConduct initial screens that assess sales craft, track record, and fit for a technical, high-context product\n\nPartner with founders and GTM leaders to define role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and design interview processes for new functions\n\nManage the entire candidate experience from first outreach to signed offer, including offer construction and closing\n\nTake a scrappy approach and flex into non-GTM searches when the business needs it\n\nMaintain active pipelines across multiple concurrent searches and keep hiring managers honest with data\n\nRepresent Rowspace at recruiting and industry events to build our GTM talent brand\n\nHelp establish scalable recruiting processes, from structured interviews to metrics and pipeline reporting\n\nWhat You Have\n4+ years of hands-on recruiting experience with a strong track record hiring GTM talent: sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations\n\nDeep understanding of what great enterprise sellers look like, including the ability to evaluate quota attainment, deal complexity, and sales methodology in a screen\n\nExperience recruiting at seed or early-stage startups where you wore multiple hats and moved fast\n\nFamiliarity with financial services, fintech, or other regulated enterprise markets is a strong plus\n\nProven ability to source and close exceptional talent in competitive markets through direct outreach\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to personally sell candidates on our opportunity\n\nScrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a focus on execution over process\n\nStrategic thinking to help
