This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, fostering strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the AFH sector.\nJob Responsibilities**\n* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed AFH sales targets and objectives.\n* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the AFH market segment. (e.g., HORECA, Food Service, Healthcare, Institutional and Industrial Manufacturing)\n* Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts and distributors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.\n* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.\n* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.\n* Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.\n* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer experience.\n* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.\nJob Qualifications**\n* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\n* Minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience, within the Away-From-Home (AFH) sector.\n* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.\n* Strong understanding of the AFH market, including key players, trends, and customer needs.\n* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\n* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n* Results-oriented with a strong business acumen.\n* Ability to travel as required.\nDisclaimer:\nWhen you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
