Particular priority is a dedicated sales function within LCS\n\nDevelopment and maintenance of LCS processes such asDashboard with all current projects/active booking codes visible\nVessel/Equipment tracking (location, planned maintenance periods and future projects)\nEquipment modification tracking - system so that the current status of equipment is known and all previous work related to it is locatable\nSpare parts replacement predictor (wear parts life etc.) and pro-active sales\nCustomer contact points\n\nDelivering profitable LCS services\nManagement and development of the LCS function to achieve growth targets.\nDevelop the link with Rentals to offer support for this business area too (modifications, deck layouts, sea-fastening etc.)\nRaise internal customer focus;
