quotations, and tender documents.\n\nFollow up on leads to ensure timely communication and feedback.\n\nSupport pre-sale engagement, including presentations and site visits.\n\nTrack conversion rates and follow up on open deals.\n\nRelationship Management\n\nBuild strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.\n\nConduct regular check-ins with existing customers to explore new business needs.\n\nEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries and complaints efficiently.\n\nRepresent the company in exhibitions, networking events, and meetings.\n\nStrategy Execution & Reporting\n\nSupport execution of business growth strategies and campaigns.\n\nTrack KPIs and report weekly on lead generation, proposals sent, deals closed, and follow-ups.\n\nAssist in preparing monthly and quarterly business review presentations.\n\nDocumentation & Compliance\n\nMaintain complete records of proposals, contracts, and customer engagements.\nEnsure compliance with all internal documentation procedures and approval processes.\nAlign all engagements with company policies and ethical standards.\nTrack client feedback and ensure records are integrated into CRM or documentation logs.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration\n\nCoordinate with:\n\nMarketing team for campaign materials and promotional content.\n\nSales team for pricing and product offerings.\n\nCustomer Service team for post-sale follow-ups and satisfaction.\n\nFinance team for client credit assessments and invoicing follow-up.\n\nParticipate in sales and business development planning meetings.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nProven experience (2–5 years) in B2B sales, account
