Experience\n\na) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n\nb) 3-5+ years managing IT infrastructure, network, or corporate IT operations, including prior team-lead experience.\n\nKey Competencies\n\na) Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, endpoint management, and identity & access management.\n\nb) Experience running a helpdesk/service desk function against SLAs.\n\nc) Vendor and contract management experience.\n\nd) Strong leadership and team development capability.\n\ne) Clear communication with both technical staff and business
