In this strategic role, you will drive data adoption, shape the future of our data platform, strengthen governance, and help build the foundations for AI-enabled business transformation.\n\nYour Role\n\nAs the functional owner of IHC's data platform, you will work closely with business leaders, IT, data specialists, and external partners to maximise the impact of data across the organisation.\n\nYour focus will be on:\n\n Driving adoption of data and analytics throughout the business.\n\n Embedding data-informed decision-making into daily operations.\n\n Developing and growing IHC's data and analytics community.\n\n Defining the vision and roadmap for the enterprise data platform.\n\n Translating business needs into scalable data and AI capabilities.\n\n Improving data quality, ownership, governance, and standardisation.\n\n Preparing the organisation for future AI, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.\n\n Influencing stakeholders and creating alignment across business and technology teams.\n\nSuccess in this role is measured by business impact, adoption, and organisational maturity rather than by the number of reports delivered.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nYou are a strategic and pragmatic professional who combines business insight with strong data expertise.\n\nYou bring:\n\n Proven experience in data, analytics, digital transformation, or adoption initiatives.\n\n Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leaders.\n\n Experience with data platforms, roadmap development, or product ownership.\n\n Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, and data ownership.\n\n The ability to translate business challenges into practical data solutions.\n\n Affinity with AI and a clear understanding of how high-quality data enables AI success.\n\n Strong communication, influencing, and change management skills.\n\n Hands-on experience with Power BI and analytics environments.\n\nRoyal IHC offers you\n\n A profit-sharing scheme that lets you share in Royal IHC’s success.\n\n Flexible working: A home office allowance of €2.45 per day + a one-time payment of €750 to set up your workspace.\n\n A solid pension plan through PME.\n\n Room to grow: Numerous internal career opportunities and a training budget + access to our IHC Academy to support your development.\n\n Health and energy: Unlimited access to our in-house gym (in exchange for the sustainable employability day).\n\n Royal IHC takes care of things you’d rather not worry about, but that are still important—such as disability insurance, partner pension, and the option to have additional healthcare costs reimbursed through our Social Fund.\n\nWhy Join Royal IHC?\n\nThis is not a traditional BI role.
