Software Architect/Engineer Lead

*About the Role* :

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Full Stack Developer who is ready to grow into a broader role that combines development with IT operations and cloud management. While prior experience is valued, it’s not a strict requirement-we’re seeking someone with strong fundamentals, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.

*Key Responsibilities* :

*Full Stack Development* :

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features.

*Cloud Deployment* :

Deploy and manage web applications in cloud environments, primarily on AWS.

Work on setting up and maintaining cloud infrastructure for scalability and reliability.

IT Infrastructure & Operations:

Setup and manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.

Configure cloud security policies and ensure best practices for user access and data protection.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot technical issues.

*Automation & AI-Powered Tools* :

Explore and implement AI-driven tools for automating IT operations and support tasks.

Contribute to the development of strategies for improved IT efficiency through automation.

*Documentation & SOPs* :

Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Establish internal knowledge bases and contribute to team enablement.

Requirements

*What We’re Looking For* :

Strong foundation in full stack web development (languages and frameworks can be tailored to your stack).

Eagerness to learn and work hands-on with AWS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Interest in IT operations and a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.

Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.

*Nice to Have (But Not Required):*

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows.

Exposure to infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

Experience with automation or scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
