We excel at creating meaningful brand interactions in the channels that are in closest contact with consumers: live, retail and digital.\nAbout the Role: Reporting to the Finance Director, in this is a standalone role, you will be responsible for delivering RPM’s people operations and ensuring they’re aligned with our business goals.\nYou will act as a consultant on human resources management for our board of directors and senior managers, along with the wider team. You will be well versed in organisational change matters as well as delivering the day-to-day activities including processing employee data, providing advice and guidance, case management, recruitment, processing payroll and ensuring benefits, policies and processes are up to date.\nIt’s a busy, wide ranging standalone role and you will need to have solid organisational and interpersonal skills with an excellent understanding of the full range of HR practices. Ultimately, you will make sure HR runs smoothly and you will be happy to work administratively and strategically.\nRequirements\nAbility to build trusted relationships through a professional but personable approach with Board, Managers and employees \n Generalist HR experience including employee relations, performance management and L&D \nSolid understanding of HR best practice \nExercise sound judgement and seek guidance with confidential issues when needed\nAnalytical and solution oriented\nKeen eye for detail\nThorough knowledge of UK employment legislation\nHands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll - we use Moorepay & our HRIS & People platform is Hi Bob to look ATS so experience with any of these would be a plus)\nComfortable working in a standalone role \nLikely to be CIPD Level 5\nBenefits\nOn joining the RPM family you can expect to be competitively rewarded for your hard work.
