With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.\n Responsible for assembling various documents and/or customer provided materials into completed kits\nResponsibilities:\nPerform pre-assembly duties such as; prepping boxes, stocking assembly area, gathering materials, and organizing work area\nFollow detailed procedures to perform routine packing work, collating materials as necessary \nPick and package a variety of printed materials or related items that require a variety of packing procedures and techniques. \nAssemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping in accordance with customer specifications \nCount and sort inventory as required \nMay prepare shipments of customer samples.\nTrain others in new processes and lean methodologies\nOther duties as assigned\n High School Diploma or GED preferred\nPrior warehouse or kitting experience preferred\nMust have the ability to read and interpret job specifications and identifying the correct parts for fulfilling customer orders.\nBasic communication skills (written and/or verbal).\nBasic knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment and general warehouse procedures.\nAble to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions or under guidance of a higher-level employee. \nAble to complete appropriate forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and the labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials.\nSkill in assembling standard shipping boxes and packing contents securely.\nBasic arithmetic to add, subtract, multiply and divide.\nMust be willing to flex schedule to meet the needs of production, including working overtime or a different shift, if needed.\nMust be able to use a ladder to pick items or to retrieve boxes or materials.\nMust be able to stand all day and move about the facility for long period of time\nMust be able to lift, pull and push up to 60 lbs frequently\nShare your expertise and help train other employees as assigned\nOther duties as requested\n The pay range for this role at the noted location is $15.65 to $20.20 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include [a sign-on bonus of $X,XXX], overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
