Includes working Saturday/Sunday every other week.\nStarting Pay: $26 - $32/hr\nPosition Summary\nThe EFI Nozomi 18000 Press Operator is responsible for safely setting up, operating,\nmonitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the EFI Nozomi 18000 digital press to\nproduce high-quality printed products that meet customer specifications while adhering to\ncompany safety and quality standards.\nEssential Responsibilities\nOperate, set up, and adjust the EFI Nozomi 18000 digital press for a variety of print jobs\nand substrates.\nMonitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed to meet\ncustomer specifications.\nTroubleshoot equipment, print quality, and production issues to minimize downtime.\nPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of the press and related equipment.\nRead and interpret job tickets, layouts, and production specifications.\nOperate pre-feed systems and coating units safely and efficiently.\nEnsure accurate front-to-back registration on two-sided printing jobs.\nVerify correct paper stocks, substrates, and materials prior to production.\nMonitor machine status, error messages, and consumable levels.\nComplete required production, maintenance, inventory, and quality documentation.\nFollow production schedules and coordinate with leadership and maintenance\npersonnel as needed.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nComply with all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n High school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious digital printing or press operation experience preferred.\nMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.\nBasic understanding of color reproduction and print quality standards.\nAbility to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. The actual rate of pay offered may vary\nbased upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential.
