With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.\n Maintain organization's production equipment.\nPerform electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repairs in response to equipment errors or failures. \nRepairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as die cutters, web and sheet-fed presses, inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, bindery equipment etc. using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments. \nMay repair or reproduce parts using welders or machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders or other machine shop equipment.\n High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)\nMechanical and/or Electronic courses (preferred)\nTypically requires four to five years' experience.\nStrong mechanical reasoning skills and conscientiousness.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nExperience using Windows based PC applications.\nExperience with electronics and pneumatics.\nIntermediate electrical troubleshooting on AC / DC circuits with multi-meter.\nBasic root cause analysis skills should be demonstrated.\nDemonstrated ability to work with saws, drills, cutters, grinders, torches, welders, and other fabrication equipment as needed.\n The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $22.41 - $31.99/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
