In Smyrna, TN we are currently hiring for the February 2027 cohort.\nResponsibilities:\nUnderstand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation Learn and successfully execute the arts of prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts\nShadow sales representatives (some travel required)\nAssist senior sales representatives in everyday functions such as sourcing, securing and managing business, both new and existing\nAttend internal and external sales meetings\nMaintain relationships with existing accounts and customers\nBuild a sales funnel specific for your post-training assignment\nContinued development opportunities through marketing and sales publications to increase your understanding of the sales industry\nPerform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned\n Bachelor's degree (Preferred) in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields with an interest in sales\nExcellent listening skills to understand customer needs\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nHigh motivation to learn Make data-driven decisions and explain the return on investments to customers\nAbility to make decisions and solve problems\nDriven, and motivated to succeed in the sales field\nPrior experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) (Preferred)\nSales internship or experience selling\nRequire reliable transportation method to get to and from clients within the designated territory\n RRD's current salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 / year. The salary range may be adjusted\nbased on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the\nfuture. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and\ncompensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency,\nperformance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation\npackage may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
