You will leave RRD a stronger Sales Professional and you will offer us thoughts and insights to help us continue to thrive.\nResponsibilities:\n5 days of Sales Training\n3 Days of training on our products and solutions\nAn individual project and presentation which tackles a regional Sales issue.\nA group project and presentation to address an RRD Business Initiative\nOpportunity to shadow experienced Sales Reps\nOpportunity to visit our manufacturing facilities\nCompete in a summer long sales competition\nHave fun while doing all of the above!\nThis Internship is one of our primary paths to the Full-time opportunities in our Associate Development Program after graduation. Typically, roles follow step\nprogressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly\nrate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift\ndifferential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
