: Technical Lead.\n\nRrayze Business Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the development of enterprise-grade applications at the intersection of AI, regulation, and consumer protection.\n\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, system architecture, performance optimization, and enterprise security experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead a team of 2 - 4 backend and frontend developers.\n\n- Translate high-level designs into low-level designs and sprint-ready technical tasks.\n\n- Develop and review production code using Python/Django, React, and PostgreSQL.\n\n- Design scalable data models, secure APIs, and audit-ready data systems.\n\n- Drive performance, reliability, observability, and disaster recovery readiness.\n\n- Collaborate with AI, QA, UI/UX, and solution architecture teams.\n\n- Ensure secure development practices and high-quality technical delivery.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\n- 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django/DRF, React, and PostgreSQL.\n\n- Experience building secure REST APIs and enterprise integrations.\n\n- Exposure to on-premises deployments, high availability, and disaster recovery.\n\n- Knowledge of application security, RBAC, SSO, OWASP, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD.\n\n- Experience with asynchronous processing, caching, and performance optimization.\n\n- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- BFSI or banking/NBFC project experience.\n\n- Exposure to on-premises LLM/NLP deployments or RPA.\n\n- Experience with immutable audit logs and regulatory data retention.\n\n- Familiarity with DPDP Act 2023, ISO 27001, or STQC/CERT-In audits.\n\n- Experience building multilingual applications.\n\nSkills\nPython,
