experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead a team of 2–4 backend and frontend developers.\nTranslate high-level designs into low-level designs and sprint-ready technical tasks.\nDevelop and review production code using Python/Django, React, and PostgreSQL.\nDesign scalable data models, secure APIs, and audit-ready data systems.\nDrive performance, reliability, observability, and disaster recovery readiness.\nCollaborate with AI, QA, UI/UX, and solution architecture teams.\nEnsure secure development practices and high-quality technical delivery.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n8+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.\nStrong hands-on experience with Python, Django/DRF, React, and PostgreSQL.\nExperience building secure REST APIs and enterprise integrations.\nExposure to on-premises deployments, high availability, and disaster recovery.\nKnowledge of application security, RBAC, SSO, OWASP, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD.\nExperience with asynchronous processing, caching, and performance optimization.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nGood to Have\nBFSI or banking/NBFC project experience.\nExposure to on-premises LLM/NLP deployments or RPA.\nExperience with immutable audit logs and regulatory data retention.\nFamiliarity with DPDP Act 2023, ISO 27001, or STQC/CERT-In audits.\nExperience building multilingual
