équipes consommatrices (MTA, métiers, IT) sur :\n\nL’exposition des services IA (API, portail, self-service)\n\nLes usages des LLM (chat, agents, automatisation)\n\nLes besoins en RAG, ingestion documentaire et pipelines\n\nTraduire les besoins en spécifications fonctionnelles et d’usage :\n\nuser stories, backlog produit plateforme\n\ncas d’usage IA, guidelines d’utilisation\n\nspécifications des services (API, features plateforme)\n\nContribuer à la définition des standards d’usage de la plateforme IA :\n\nbonnes pratiques prompting, RAG, agents\n\nmodèles de données et patterns d’intégration\n\nParticiper à la mise en place du cadre de gouvernance IA :\n\nconformité (Charte IA, sécurité, AI Act)\n\ngestion des accès et des usages\n\nsuivi des risques et des données sensibles\n\nPiloter la qualité de service et l’adoption :\n\ndéfinition de KPIs (usage, coût, latence, qualité)\n\nsuivi de l’adoption des services IAP\n\ncontribution à la documentation et à l’onboarding des équipes\n\nAccompagner les équipes projets dans leur usage de la plateforme :\n\nsupport au cadrage des cas d’usage\n\naide à la structuration des pipelines IA\n\ninterface entre équipes techniques et métiers\n\nForte capacité de cadrage produit plateforme et transverse\n\nTrès bon niveau en recueil du besoin et animation d’ateliers complexes (multi-équipes, IT &\n\nmétiers)\nCompréhension des concepts IA générative :\n\nLLM, RAG, agents, prompting, embeddings\n\nVision produit plateforme :\n\nAPI, self-service, gouvernance, monitoring, SLA\n\nCapacité à formaliser des sujets techniques en livrables clairs :\n\nspécifications fonctionnelles\n\nuse cases\n\ndocumentation d’usage\n\nMaîtrise des environnements Agile / SAFe (Jira,
