The role focuses on ensuring that daily automation tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, while assisting in testing, validation, and issue resolution.\nThis is a junior position suited for candidates looking to develop their skills in automation, operations, and payments processing.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor and support daily automated processes to ensure timely and accurate execution\nIdentify and escalate issues related to automation workflows\nAssist in the execution of test cases and validation of automated processes\nSupport the preparation and maintenance of operational documentation\nAssist in incident logging, tracking, and follow-up\nWork closely with team members to improve automation efficiency and reliability\nSupport the maintenance and enhancement of existing automation routines\nEnsure all activities are performed in line with established procedures and controls\nCarry out any other duties as assigned\nGather information about manual processes and investigate how they can be automated to facilitate daily operational processes.\nRequirements\nDiploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field\nBasic understanding of IT systems including Linux file handling\nBasic knowledge of SQL is considered an asset\nBasic knowledge of programming\nGood command of English (written and spoken)\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nGood problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nWillingness to learn and grow within the role\nExposure to automation tools or scripting\nBasic understanding of payments or financial operations\nFamiliarity with testing concepts\nBasic knowledge of
