The company upholds the highest industry standards and RS2’s in-house designed payments solution is the software of choice by many of the world’s leading and most innovative banks and financial institutions.\nAbout the Role\nSenior Business Systems Analyst will assist the assigned Platform Product Owner in establishing and managing the client/platform product delivery plan for a portfolio of RS2 clients/platform products. The job holder will ensure a seamless delivery of all sources of change in a controlled manner via RS2’s Release Management process.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in managing client/product delivery and release schedules for projects, changes, service requests and mandatory releases as per clients’ SLAs\nReview client/product requirements analysis and High Level Test Cases in order to prepare functional and regression test cases and viable acceptance criteria\nAbility to work under pressure to agreed SLAs whilst maintaining acceptable quality standard\nAct as a central point of contact (via e-mail, teleconferencing and on-site workshops) for the delivery of specific changes upon which he/she is working\nLiaise with Client Delivery and Technical teams to ensure compliance with the client business requirements and agreed specifications\nConfigure the software systems developed by RS2 according to requirements documented or reviewed by the Platform Product Owner\nPerform release coordination, documentation, version control and regression testing\nProvide knowledge transfer to Support Teams or any other team as required\nDeliver release to clients and provide support during implementation\nParticipating in onsite support, workshops or training as per clients’ request\nEvaluates large data sets formulated in conjunction with the product and applies the results in influencing the direction that other RS2 departments take as well as informing decisions of the business. At this capacity, he/she also works closely with other Data Engineering departments in order to develop core data sets that promote accurate product analyses.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA degree in Business and IT or an equivalent professional qualification\nPreferably should have a good knowledge of the payments industry and 2 years of working experience in the payments/fintech industry\nMust be proficient in SQL Language\nProficient in testing methodologies and test case execution/ verification with an eye for details\nShould be familiar with standards associated with IT practice nationally and internationally\nMust be able to facilitate remote and face to face client meetings\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role\nThink you’ve got what it takes?
