You’ll ensure full compliance with German labor laws, streamline local administration, and champion a seamless employee experience.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nHR Administration & Compliance\nMaintain accurate, GDPR-compliant electronic personnel records.\nAct as the direct point of contact for German labor authorities (Agentur für Arbeit, etc.).\nDraft localized employment contracts, addenda, and HR documentation.\nManage visa/work permit documentation and local leave tracking.\nCommunicate internal HR policies and assist employees with daily queries.\nPayroll & Benefits Support\nServe as the local liaison for our Malta-based Payroll team.\nGather, verify, and deliver accurate monthly payroll inputs (tax IDs, health insurance data, joiners/leavers).\nAdminister local benefit programs and guide employees on statutory insurances.\nRecruitment & Onboarding\nPartner with local hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruiting in Germany.\nSource, screen, and interview prospective talent.\nLead engaging onboarding programs, orientation, and probation check-ins.\nRepresent the company at local career fairs, online channels, and networking events.\nEmployee Lifecycle & Support\nManage full offboarding procedures, conduct exit interviews, and handle leaver documentation.\nSupport probation reviews and performance management check-ins.\nHelp drive local office culture and HR projects.\nRequirements\nDegree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n3+ years as an HR Generalist/Administrator (cross-border or matrix organizational experience preferred).\nDeep understanding of German labor laws (Arbeitsrecht), social security regulations, and GDPR.\nBusiness fluency in both German and English (written & spoken) is required.\nProficient in MS Office;
