As a key part of the operations team, the job holder will be a key advocate and supporter of continuous improvement changes, with the focus on delivering the highest possible standards to our customers. The successful candidate will be required work shifts covering the time zones of our global clients.\nSchedule & Work Arrangement\nMust be willing to work in a 24/7 shifting environment on a rotating schedule. Weekday shifts: Required to work onsite. Weekend and holiday shifts: Eligible to work from home, subject to operational requirements. Must be flexible to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed to maintain continuous operational coverage.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in the preparation, validation and on-going review of Operational documents\nEnsure that systems and processes are operating correctly in accordance with clients’ requirements\nManage and oversee the reconciliation process for all clients\nRespond to customer enquiries\nClient liaison where required\nSupport Customer Service and other teams with Incident tracking and resolution\nManagement of client chargebacks -
