You’ll play a key role in defining product vision, managing priorities, and ensuring our solutions deliver exceptional value to our clients.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProduct Vision & Strategy\nDefine and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\nContribute to the firm’s overall product roadmap and global go-to-market strategy.\nResearch market trends, customer needs, industry developments, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer challenges and translate them into product initiatives.\nProduct Backlog & Requirements\nOwn, manage, and continuously prioritise the product backlog.\nCreate, own, and prioritise epics, features, and user stories.\nGather and analyse feature requests, developing detailed business and technical requirements for development teams and partners.\nLead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint coordination.\nProduct Delivery & Execution\nOversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design through to launch and post-launch management.\nManage product releases, ensuring delivery meets client expectations, timelines, and commitments.\nMonitor product progress, performance, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.\nMaintain and manage the product catalogue.\nStakeholder & Client Engagement\nAct as the primary product ambassador, representing the product with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.\nClearly communicate the product’s value proposition and business benefits.\nBuild strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering ongoing feedback.\nBusiness Development Support\nSupport global business development initiatives, including proposal development, marketing activities, solution offerings, and client pursuits.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.\nExperience within the fintech, banking, or payments industry.\nExperience delivering SaaS products, card payment solutions, alternative payment methods, mobile wallets, ecommerce platforms, or related payment technologies.\nAgile & Product Management\nStrong knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies.\nProven experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and Agile delivery.\nExperience defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), Minimum Marketable Features (MMFs), product roadmaps, and business plans.\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong commercial awareness combined with technical understanding.\nExperience working with APIs, payment processing specifications, and payment industry standards including:PCI DSS\nISO 8583\nISO 20022\nPSD2\n\nProficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office tools, and an interest in emerging technologies.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.\nOutstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nA customer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of innovative payment and fintech products while working alongside talented cross-functional teams.
