We are seeking a technically oriented Senior Business Systems Analyst with experience in Card\nPayments to join our Client Delivery team. In this role, you’ll act as the trusted bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical\nteams, ensuring customer requirements are translated into effective and scalable solutions that align with our company’s product roadmap and vision.\nThis is a customer-facing and hands-on role requiring strong communication, stakeholder management and sound knowledge of the Card Payments industry.\nResponsibilities\nLead Discovery and Requirements Refinement workshops with customers, ensuring that the\nrequirements are well defined and exploring solution options that re-use existing platform\ncapabilities rather than one-off custom solutions.\nCarry out high-quality impact assessments and assessing the dependencies and impact on\ndownstream systems and operations processes.\nCommunicate and articulate the customer requirements and your impact assessment to the\nProduct, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations ensuring alignment, and successful\ndelivery outcomes.\nAnalyze technical specifications of files, API’s and other message systems (e.g. ISO8583) to\nidentify impacts.\nQuery and analyze merchant, transaction and product-rules data to identify impacts.\nProvide L1/L2 support to customers during SIT and UAT and participate in 24×7 on-call support\non a roster basis.\nAssist the Project Management team with planning the releases of changes and projects to\nmeet client SLA’s and launch dates.\nLead and participate in client workshops and provide support services in both remote and onsite\nenvironments.\nMaintain tickets with accurate and up-to-date status information.\nPerforms any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 5 years experience within the card payments industry, preferably with hands-on\ninvolvement in either of the following: card issuing, merchant acquiring, card scheme\ncompliance, or a related payment technology.\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience\ngained in a technical environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nComfortable leading stakeholder engagements and workshops in both remote and on-site\nenvironments.\nWilling to travel internationally, particularly across Europe, Latin America, and North
