You will also be responsible for creating insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. \n Essential Duties\nWork with stakeholders to identify key metrics and opportunities for improving business processes, products, and services. \n\nDevelop and implement machine learning models, including feature engineering, model design, training, and deployment. \n\nPerform data mining, exploration, and statistical analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights. \n\nCreate data visualizations, reports, dashboards, and perform data audits. \n\nLeverage predictive models to optimize customer experiences and drive business outcomes. \n\nCreate automated anomaly detection systems to monitor and ensure data quality and operational performance. \n\nDesired Requirements \nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. \n\nMaster’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. \n\n6+ years of experience working in Data Science, preferably within a Software organization. \n\nExperience with financial fraud detection and prevention is a major advantage. \n\nAdvanced proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning applications. \n\nProficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. \n\nStrong experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau. \n\nExpertise in data mining, statistical modeling, and machine learning. \n\nFamiliarity with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably Azure. \n\nUnderstanding of Java is a plus.\n\nDesired Behaviors\nAdaptability: Demonstrates flexibility and openness to change.
