The role will provide project leadership, ensuring projects are effectively planned, managed, and delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.\nThe Engineering Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments, supporting both engineering-led initiatives and projects requiring engineering input and delivery support.\nKey Objectives\n\nTake ownership of advanced administrative and project coordination tasks, including data management, documentation review, and report preparation.\nAssist in developing and refining comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.\nLead task and activity coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic project goals.\nServe as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing proactive updates and addressing concerns regarding installations and project progress.\nManage and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and reports to support effective decision-making.\nPlan, organize, and oversee project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.\nIdentify, assess, and propose mitigation strategies for potential project risks and issues.\nMonitor and evaluate project deliverables to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.\nDrive issue resolution by engaging with relevant teams and proposing effective solutions.\nFacilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and tracking action items.\nProactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the project lifecycle.\nProvide project coordination and administrative support to the Engineering leadership team, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic engineering and business initiatives.\nPerform any other reasonable duties in alignment with the role's objectives and organizational needs.\nAnd any other reasonable task.\nRequirements\nCompleted relevant tertiary qualification.\nMinimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nA flexible approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to work independently.\nThe following skills and experience would be advantageous \n\nExperience using Jira and Confluence.\nAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups) for tracking and reconciliation\nKnowledge of working with Google Sheets.\nExperience engaging with technical teams, including DevOps, Cloud, Network Engineering, and other technical stakeholders.\nExperience managing digital payment processes.\nProven experience in stock control and inventory management\nExperience managing procurement processes\nExperience facilitating project meetings, tracking actions, and driving teams to deliver on agreed outcomes.\nBenefits\nMedical Aid (Discovery)\nReduced Gap Cover Rates (Turnberry Premier)\nRetirement Annuity Contribution (Allan Gray)\nMedical Insurance (Momentum -
