We uphold the integrity and quality of our work so you can expect only the best from us.\nRSC2 is looking for an intermediate HUMINT 35M Instructor to join our growing team in Fort Huachuca, AZ!\nResponsibilities:\nDeliver classroom and simulation-based instruction on Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations, including interrogations, debriefings, screenings, and source operations\nTrain students on intelligence collection techniques, questioning methodologies, and elicitation strategies consistent with Army HUMINT doctrine\nProvide practical exercises and scenario-based training to simulate real-world operational environments (e.g., detainee questioning, source engagement\nAssess the performance and progress of trainees through practical exercises, simulations, and written evaluations. \nProvide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. \nEnsure all training activities comply with safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of trainees.\nRequirements\nMust have a Secret or Secret Interim clearance. \nMust have 4 years of MOS operational experience as a 35M or 351M (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting HUMINT intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years. \nThe contractor must have completed one of the military courses; 35M, or 351M. \nEmployees must possess ability to work in a wide variety of terrain and weather conditions. \nWork Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ\nEmployment Type: Full-time, Salary-Exempt\nBenefits Package: We offer a top tier benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, employer matching retirement plan, and more!\nWe are an equal opportunity employer. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 (annualized USD).
