This position plays a critical role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex program schedules to ensure effective coordination and execution across multiple engineering, acquisition, and operational efforts.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in support of PM SAI’s program planning and execution.\nWork collaboratively with project managers, engineers, logisticians, and other stakeholders to gather input and update schedule status across functional areas.\nUtilize Microsoft Project to build and manage detailed project timelines, including dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations.\nIdentify schedule risks and opportunities, support mitigation planning and resolution strategies.\nGenerate regular schedule status reports, forecasts, and presentations for government and contractor leadership.\nEnsure schedule integration across internal government IPTs and external partners or vendors to support overarching acquisition timelines.\nSupport Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and reporting, where applicable.\nAssist in aligning scheduling efforts with Department of Defense acquisition processes, lifecycle phases, and milestone reviews.\nRequirements\nActive Secret Security Clearance\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience, OR\nMaster’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.\nProficiency in Microsoft Project (2016 or later), including use of baselines, critical path analysis, and reporting tools.\nDemonstrated experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules for large, complex programs.\nStrong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting U.S. Army acquisition programs, ideally within PEO IEW&S or PM SAI.\nFamiliarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and DoD acquisition lifecycle phases (e.g., Milestone A/B/C).\nExposure to scheduling tools and integration with tools such as Primavera, Power BI, or MS Excel dashboards.\nExperience working in a DoD or government contractor environment.\nWork Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD\nEmployment Type: Full-time, Salary-Exempt\nBenefits Package: We offer a top tier benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, employer matching retirement plan, and more!\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
