We uphold the integrity and quality of our work so you can expect only the best from us.\nRSC2 is looking for an Executive Systems Engineer to join our growing team in Aberdeen to support the SAI contract!\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, implement, and document systems engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for PD SAI systems. \nParticipate and assist in the coordination of the systems engineering integrated product team and other technical forums at the PD SAI and subordinate agency level. \nCoordinate with program, project and product management offices to assess the efficacy of the engineering and integration processes.\nIndependently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, and makes minor adaptations and modifications. \nProvides independent and professional support on portions of complex projects. \nReview, advise, prepare and provide comments to documents including: Logistics Support Analyses plans, technical documentation, reliability and maintainability document, MANPRINT, training manuals, provisioning documents, and database management systems.\nRequirements\nActive Top Secret clearance level.\nMaster’s degree in engineering or related scientific/technical discipline. \nA minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressively more complex experience in hardware design, development, and documentation.\nFour (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education level. A MS degree in a related field may be substituted for one (1) year of experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $257,000 (annualized USD).
