Review, assist and mentor lower-grade employee’s work for quality, accuracy of work. Perform a wide range of systems engineering services to ensure the PD SAI is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and similar Program-Wide responsibilities, including, but not limited to:\nCapabilities analysis,\nLeadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts,\nJoint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS),\nSystem and/or software integration, platform integration\nInteroperability with various Command, Control, and Communications (C3) systems\nTechnical or operational testing,\nSustainment and refreshment of capabilities.\nConfiguration management, planning and strategy meetings, program review and coordination meetings.\nGeneral systems engineering, systems implementation planning and system test and evaluation services.\nPrepare specifications, plans, analyses, modeling, testing, simulations and reports.\nReview engineering output in the areas of systems level operation and maintenance procedures, performance improvements criteria, tools assessments, metrics management, quality assurance, configuration management, technical orders, and maintenance practices.\nConduct systems engineering trade-off analysis. \nProvides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces and all the systems level requirements to provide an integrated solution. \nSuggest COAs to contractors in creating integration and test programs that will be acceptable to Government requirements.\nParticipate in meetings with contractors to provide Government oversight and advise Government on obtaining best possible acquisition outcome with a given team, schedule, and set of requirements.\nRequirements\nTS/SCI clearance level\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or related scientific or technical discipline. \nA minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.\nFour (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.\nExperience supporting an acquisition Army program\nExperience drafting, editing, and reviewing Master Test Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, and specific requirement test plans for SIGINT, Radar, and EO/IR systems.\nIAT level II certification required\nPreferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), information security (CompTIA or similar programs), Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (IFPC) Work Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD\nWork Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD\nEmployment Type: Full-time, Salary-Exempt\nBenefits Package: We offer a top-tier benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, employer matching retirement plan, and more!\nWe are an equal opportunity employer. The projected compensation range for this position is $118,000 to $220,000 (annualized USD).
