We uphold the integrity and quality of our work so you can expect only the best from us.\nRSC2 is currently looking for a Theater Operations Lead to join our growing team.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary point of contact for theater operations, providing expert guidance and oversight to ensure successful execution of PD Aerostats program operations in a designated overseas region.\nLead and manage a team of operations personnel, including training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with local military, government, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and coordination of program operations.\nConduct operational planning and coordination with local stakeholders, including development of operational plans, concept of operations (CONOPS), and other relevant documents.\nOversee the execution of program operations, including aerostat launches, recoveries, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.\nProvide expert analysis and recommendations on operational issues, including identifying and mitigating risks, and developing solutions to overcome operational challenges.\nCollaborate with other program teams, including engineering, logistics, and testing, to ensure that operational requirements are met and that program objectives are achieved.\nDevelop and maintain a thorough knowledge of local regulations, laws, and cultural norms, ensuring that program operations are conducted in compliance with these requirements.\nManage and oversee the maintenance of program equipment and facilities, including ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and certified for use.\nDevelop and deliver briefings, reports, and other presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders on theater operations, including providing expert testimony and advice on operational matters.\nServe as a liaison between the program office and local stakeholders, including providing updates on program status, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.\nRequirements\nTen (10) or more years in experience in managing a military or civilian operations setting.\nBA/BS or higher.\nShall have a top secret (TS) clearance with the ability to obtain sensitive compartmented information (SCI).\nAn additional 8 years experience in a related field may be substituted for education. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $185,000 (annualized USD).
