This position is structured as full-time and offers flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity from one of our local RS&H offices. In this role, you will develop, review, and analyze Primavera P6 Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules while providing both prospective and forensic schedule analysis to support successful project delivery. The Project Scheduler will lead reviews of baseline schedules, validating logic, durations, calendars, and critical path activities; perform detailed analyses of monthly schedule updates; and prepare comprehensive schedule review and status reports identifying schedule risks, delays, conflicts, and recommended mitigation strategies. Working closely with project teams and field staff, you will verify construction progress, reconcile schedule updates against actual field conditions and Daily Work Reports, and ensure schedule accuracy. Additionally, you will support advanced scheduling analyses, including Time Impact Analyses (TIA), evaluation of revised construction sequencing, weather-related impacts, and coordination with adjacent projects, delivering actionable insights to both project teams and clients.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n5-10 years of experience in CPM scheduling for heavy highway/transportation construction projects.\nAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6.\nStrong understanding of CPM principles, construction sequencing, logic development, and schedule analysis.\n**Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
