You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing leadership to project teams and fostering strong relationships that support long-term business growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budget constraints, schedule commitments, and quality standards\nEstablish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding project goals, expectations, and success criteria\nDevelop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans\nCommunicate project objectives, priorities, and progress to clients, stakeholders, and project team members\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery to achieve successful outcomes\nPartner with project leadership to negotiate scope, fees, and contract modifications when necessary\nIdentify risks and challenges, recommend solutions, and proactively address issues that may impact project success\nSelect and manage subconsultants as needed to support project execution\nProvide technical leadership, guidance, and coordination to project teams\nDeliver an exceptional client experience that supports repeat business, strengthens existing relationships, and creates opportunities for new work\nWhat You'll Need to Be Successful\nBachelor's degree from an accredited program and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Utah\nExperience working with UDOT preferred\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, balance competing deadlines, and successfully lead concurrent projects\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders\nStrong interpersonal and leadership abilities, including the capability to influence, mentor, and guide project teams toward successful outcomes\nPlease note: no agency representation or submissions will be recognized for this vacancy.
