This position focuses on mastering technical work functions and developing and expanding professional discipline skills. Associate performs routine engineering assignments and works under the direct supervision of others, compiles data, utilizes applied software and technology to perform engineering analysis, assists in the preparation of reports, completes elementary design calculations, prepares quantity takeoffs and estimates, prepares engineering plans utilizing CADD, and observes ongoing and completed construction projects.\nQualifications:\nWorking toward obtaining Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university\n0 to 4 years of bridge/structural design experience\nExposure to AutoCAD and/or Microstation preferred\nPrevious internship experience preferred\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior internship or related experience\nAutoCAD and / or Microstation experience\nExperience or exposure to IDOT plans preparation and design standards\nSpecific interest in Transportation / Roadway Design\nIf you're ready to join an amazing team, we would love to hear from you.The typical pay range for this position in Illinois is $21 to $27 per hour, and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.\n#LI-JW1 #WayUp\nAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
