The internal job description also identifies Primavera P6 as a core scheduling tool for this role.\nResponsibilities include but aren't limited to:\nReview detailed construction schedules against project specifications to support successful project delivery.\nPartner with project teams to understand scope, sequencing, milestones, and schedule requirements.\nAnalyze project schedules to identify critical path activities, risks, opportunities, and potential delays.\nTrack project progress and provide forecasting to help teams proactively manage schedule performance.\nCollaborate with procurement and construction teams to ensure actual dates, material lead times and key project milestones are accurately reflected.\nCreate meaningful reports and dashboards that provide visibility into project performance and schedule health.\nUse Primavera P6 and Power BI to support planning, reporting, and project controls efforts.\nCommunicate schedule updates and recommendations clearly to project teams and stakeholders.\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n5-10 years of construction scheduling experience.\nExperience working for a general contractor, heavy civil contractor, or construction contractor.\nStrong proficiency with Primavera P6 and experience managing complex construction schedules.
