This position has opportunity for advancement as well as personal and professional growth.\nSpecific Duties and Responsibilities\nServe as the leader and actuarial subject matter expert on client engagements including; prepare original actuarial analysis or review actuarial analysis performed by others, coordinate internal resources including making staffing decisions, advise project team on potential solutions and strategies to meet project goals and client needs, lead risk management and resolution of issues, adhere to project budget and timelines and manage teams to meet budgets and timelines, support ongoing knowledge of team with focus on evolving regulatory standards, ensure quality of final work products and train and mentor junior staff.\nBusiness development; create new business opportunities through individual selling efforts as well as by supporting team sales initiatives, cultivate and nurture client relationships to create awareness of Firm capabilities to help generate incremental business, assist in formulating proposals demonstrating our value proposition and our solutions.\nContribute to the intellectual capital of the practice and Firm.
