This role willbe responsible forguiding teams that implement and extend D365 CE applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and custom business applications built on Dataverse.\nThe ideal candidate is both ahands-ontechnical leader and a people manager, comfortable setting direction, reviewing architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Delivery\nLead solution architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including:Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages\n\nGuide teams in extending D365 CE through custom applications, JavaScript/TypeScript development, PCF controls, plugins, custom APIs, integrations, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Next.js.\n\nEstablish architectural patterns for:Front-endextensibility, API-basedintegrations, secure and scalable deployments\n\nDrive adoption ofAI-assisteddevelopment (e.g., Copilot, code generation, system analysis) to accelerate delivery and improve quality.\n\nReview designs, code, and solutions to ensure they meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and maintainability.\n\nPeople & Team Leadership\nMentor developers across D365 CE and Power Platform disciplines, including:Model-Driven App development, Dataverse architecture, D365 customization and extension, PCF development, Integration architecture, Modern front-end engineering\n\nSupport staffing,utilization, and skills development across your team.\n\nPartner with Architects and team leads to ensure consistentdeliveryquality and technical alignment.\n\nClient Engagement & Solution Strategy\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them: -Understand when Power Platform is the right fit -Blend Power Platform with customfront-endsolutions where appropriate\n\nLead technical discovery, solution shaping, and early prototyping efforts.\n\nCommunicate tradeoffs clearly to both technical andnon-technicalstakeholders.\n\nEnsure client solutions are built withlong-termscalability and maintainability in mind.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft business applications, includingsignificant experiencewith Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform.\n\nStrong experience with modernfront-endtechnologies, including:React (required), Angular and/or Next.js (preferred)\n\nSolid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.\n\nPrior experience leading or mentoring development teams.\n\nStrong communicationskills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience integrating Power Platform with customfront-endapplications and Azure services.\n\nDeep experience implementing and architecting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including one or more of the following:Dynamics 365 Sales,Dynamics 365 Customer Service,Dynamics 365 Customer Insights,Dynamics 365 Field Service\n\nFamiliarity with Azure services (Functions, App Services, API Management).\n\nExperience with CI/CD and ALM for Power Platform and web applications.\n\nExposure toAI-assisteddevelopment tools and practices.\n\nConsulting orclient-facingdelivery experience.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nTeams deliver faster by effectively combining Power Platform and modernfront-endstacks.\n\nSolutions are scalable, maintainable, and architecturally sound.\n\nDevelopers are growing in bothlow-codeandpro-codeskillsets.\n\nClients view the team as strategic partners, not just implementers.\n\nThe practice continues to lead-not react-as technology and delivery models evolve.\n\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
