This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions that align with established platform standards and enterprise architecture direction.\nThe Solutions Architect focuses on solution design, business alignment, and delivery enablement, ensuring that ServiceNow capabilities are applied effectively across workflows, integrations, and data models. While not accountable for defining platform-wide standards or governance, this role ensures that all solutions adhere to those standards and support long-term platform sustainability and business value.\nRESPONSABILITIES\nSolution architecture & design - Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable implementations aligned with platform standards and enterprise architecture direction.\nBusiness alignment & requirements translation - Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts to clarify objectives, refine requirements, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.\nTechnical leadership & design guidance - Provide senior-level solution architecture guidance to delivery teams, establishing design patterns and best practices that prioritize out-of-the-box capabilities and minimize customization.\nSolution impact analysis & feasibility - Evaluate new requirements and proposed changes to assess solution-level impact, technical feasibility, risks, and alignment with platform and enterprise standards.\nIntegration, data & cross -application design - Guide solution design across ServiceNow applications and integrations, ensuring consistency in data models, CMDB/CSDM alignment, and reporting needs.\nSecurity, risk & compliance alignment - Ensure solution designs comply with organizational security, risk, and regulatory requirements through collaboration with security and compliance teams.\nDelivery enablement & escalation support - Support agile delivery teams through design reviews and workshops, testing, acting as an escalation point for complex solution design challenges.\n Quality, sustainability & continuous improvement - Maintain accountability for solution quality and maintainability while driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and evolving solution patterns.\nREQUIREMENTS\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\n4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience\n2+ years of ServiceNow Domain Separation experience\nAt least 1 of the following ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certificationsCIS-ITSM\nCIS-CSM\nCIS-HRSD\nCIS-SPM\n\nDemonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow applications, integrations, data models, and security concepts\nAgile delivery experience\nPreferred Requirements\nServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or advanced ServiceNow certifications\nExperience designing solutions across multiple ServiceNow products or domains\nExperience working within enterprise architecture frameworks\nExperience supporting large-scale, multi-instance, or regulated ServiceNow environments\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
