They will develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams to \nunderstand clients' businesses and challenges. Associates serve our clients by:\nDeveloping an understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues.\nDeveloping and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology and tools.\nPerforming audit procedures and tests in accordance with RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed.\nIdentifying accounting and auditing issues; discussing with audit in-charge to solve issues that arise. \nAssisting engagement teams in preparation of audit reports, and management letters. \nExercising professional skepticism, judgment and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagements. \nEnsuring that documentation is compliant with quality standards of the firm. \nWorking collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM audit professionals, supervisors, and senior management in the U.S. on a daily basis. \nTaking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence through prompt responses to internal and external clients. \nProviding timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the development and execution of the audit work plan and client deliverables.\nUnderstanding RSM’s line of business service offerings and work as a global team in providing an integrated service delivery. \nEnsuring professional development through ongoing education.\nParticipating in a range of projects and open to collaborating and working with multiple teams; demonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, initiative and timely completion of work.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s in commerce/MBA. \nFresher - 1 year of relevant experience. \nStrong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint. \nStrong multi-tasking and project management skills. \nExcellent verbal and written communication (English) as the position requires frequent communications with RSM International clients.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nArticleship from Big 4. \n50% completion of ACCA, CA or CPA.\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
