Learn and grow your credentials by attending professional conferences, obtain certifications to expand your professional knowledge of Endpoint Infrastructure. The Endpoint Infrastructure Engineer will work as a business advisor to provide timely, high quality client service to our mid-market clientele. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and oral), problem solving skills, a strong work ethic, and good client relations.\nResponsibilities include:\nPerform the implementation, configuration, and administration of endpoint infrastructure at client sites\nServe as a national resource and escalation point for projects across all regions\nIdentifying and escalating cross selling opportunities\nEstablishing rapport and trust with key client decision makers\nExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with external clients\nAbility to multi-task and manage a variety of projects at once\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum one to three years' experience with related endpoint infrastructure technologies such as SCCM, Intune, AVD, Jamf, AWS Workspace, and MDT.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nIT consulting experience with mid-market clients a plus\nMicrosoft or other similar manufacturer specific certifications\nSCCM, MDT and Intune implementation and administration experience\nAVD implementation and administration experience\nOffice365/Microsoft365 implementation and administration experience\nApplication packaging experience is a plus\nExperience with MDM solutions is a plus\nScripting experience (Powershell, Batch, VB) is a plus\nWindows 10/11 deployment and migration experience\nStrong customer service orientation\nStrong problem solving skills and ability to provide hands-on technical support\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a larger team\nWillingness to work out of various client offices\nWillingness to travel throughout the country area as needed\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
