This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team-oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our technical team with other developers, you will be responsible of all phases of the development lifecycle using a defined project methodology, and will report directly to a Technical Supervisor. This position also requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key Application Development US team contacts.\nIn this role, as a Senior Developer, you may have the opportunity to be a Project Lead, coordinating resources and assignments within your assigned projects, driving delivery of your assigned projects and team and provide updates to the project stakeholders. You will have technical oversight for development and delivery of large-scale project deliverables and provide guidance and assistance to other developers.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop integrations between package software solutions\n\nAbility to work closely with clients and functional consultants to translate user requirements into functional specifications then into technical development\n\nCreate estimates for assigned developments\n\nCreate technical design documents\n\nPerform solution development\n\nDebugging issues and providing solutions\n\nPerform developer testing and quality assurance (QA)\n\nPerform peer code reviews ensuring best practices are being met\n\nProvide support of your deliverables\n\nPerform deployment to environments and configuration\n\nAssist and guide other developers\n\nServe as a mentor and trainer to others, primarily in technical aspects\n\nContribute to shared knowledge repositories for code best practices, tips and tricks\n\nAssist with data architecture, data conversion and system performance improvement\n\nReport daily progress on development and issue resolution\n\nFollow the software development lifecycle process, including timely updates to our internal systems\n\nMaintain a high level of ownership and see assignments through to completion based on agreed upon deadlines\n\nWhen assigned as a Project Lead, coordinate resources and assignments within your assigned projects\n\nSkills andExperience\nA successful candidate will have good attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, the ability to learn new technologies, functionalities, and processes quickly and the ability to work on their own as well as within a small team.
