This position will be responsible for the support and administration, automation, process optimization, deployment of AI tools, adoption, ongoing operation support and team handling. This role will be responsible for consulting and collaborating with our team of highly performing consultants responsible for onboarding new clients and providing ongoing client accounting services (CAS). This role will provide exposure to a variety of clients and client industries to continue your career development. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in both accounting and cloud-based technology solutions along with an understanding of how to leverage technology for process improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFinance transformation and automation: Collaborate with FaaS team and look out for opportunities that can be automated with the help automation tool. Manage end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and maintaining strong relationships Translate business requirements into actionable technical and functional deliverables Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution Ensure high-quality deliverables through regular reviews and adherence to standards System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up to date with FAO tech stacks updates and collaborate with IT for system upgrades and enhancements. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide insights to support financial decision-making. Compliance: Ensure that BlackLine usage adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements. Develop collaborative relationships with partnering teams and stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities.\nOptimize use of Finance tools through the following activities:\nBusiness process evaluation\nProcedure development\nData migration and Transition\nSystem process flow and requirements\nQA planning and testing\nCreation and oversight of documentation related to standard operating procedures.\nUser training development and deployment\nProduction support for problems and enhancements resulting from quarterly product releases.\nEnsures adequate communication and proper integration across entirety of FAO practice and our technology partners.\nProvide technical support to end-users to resolve issues, including escalation through proper channels within RSM and with tech support.\nPerform other duties/projects as required.\nRequired Qualification - Manager level:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, MIS or IT\n10+ years Accounting or Finance Experience\nBackground in financial close process optimization/continuous improvement\nExperience leading implementations of ERP and finance applications.\nExpertise in process analysis and redesign of business processes\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nStrong time management and organizational skills with sensitivity to timeframes, budgets and outcomes across multiple clients and projects\nAbility to prioritize and stay organized/focused in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with competing demands. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nBlackLine/ERP/EPM Implementation Certified Consultant\nExperience with automation by leveraging tools i.e., Gen AI, Agentic AI, Alteryx, PowerBI\nExperience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm or other professional services environment\nExperience in an outsourced accounting role\nCA, CPA, MBA Finance\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nHighly focused customers with ability to provide consistently excellent customer service and professionalism.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAble to quickly assess situations to pinpoint the scope/source of technical issues in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be dependable and able to work both individually and in a team environment.\nMust possess strong sense of ownership of client relationships.\nPositively represent the company to clients and always provide empathetic and friendly customer service.\nPossesses excellent time management and organizational skills to manage case load of old and new cases in individual case queues.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure, shift priorities quickly as required, and rapidly adapt to changing environments.\nProven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems.\nStrong computer skills and proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
