As a Risk Consulting-Regulatory ComplianceIntern at RSM, you will workon projects related to the world’s largest financial services institutionsand receive hands-onexperience with direct access to business owners and executive management. Working onnumerousteam engagements per year, you will be involved in a variety of challenging assignments with guidance from experienced consultants - and you will feela great senseof accomplishment when you are done.

RSM'sRegulatory ComplianceConsultinggroup provides value addedconsultingservices toclienteleand you will be exposed to a wide variety of clients withinthefinancial services industry. Examples of projects includerisk and control projects across all three lines,global risk and control projects,transformations,internal audits inanti-money laundering (AML)and consumer complianceand regulatory validationsprojects, allintended to provide our clients withtimelyinformation toidentifyandmitigate potential risks.

Examples of the candidate's responsibilities include:

• Work individuallyand/or as part of a team to executevarious projects related toCompliance, Risk and Controls, Financial Crime,Consumer Compliance testing activitiesforfinancial institutions of all sizes and complexities.

• Identifyareas of non-compliance withvariousfinanciallaws and regulations and provide actionable recommendations.

• Demonstrateanability to work collaboratively across multiple external and internal initiatives to achieve stated goals and timelines.

• Provide quality andaccuratework products.

• Develop technical skillsets across variousregulatory, compliance and financial crime related topics

• Identifyareas to improve and bring efficiency to testing techniques.

• Contribute to strong client relationships through positive client support and soundexpertise.

• Use straightforward communication when providing testing results to internal and external parties.

• Seekand embrace opportunities to provide and receive actionable feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• 90 credit hours completed

• Working towardsaB.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university

• Pursuing aBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or related business or technical field of study from accredited university

• Must be able to travel locally and nationally 40% of the time - including overnight travel

• Minimum 3.0 GPApreferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office

• Strong multi-tasking and project management skills

• Ability to work as an effective member of a team

• Mustpossessa high degree of integrity and professionalism
