This dynamic team is a part of our overall Finance Transformation solution focused on “modernizing the office of the CFO.” This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity within the security of a well-established firm. This position will be directly involved with relationship management and onsite client projects.\nAs our HighRadius Cash Application Implementation Consultant, you will be able to draw from your experience and knowledge to help clients improve their business by providing services such as HighRadius Cash Application Implementations, Process Improvement, Financial Transformation, Procedure Design and Optimization, etc. This practice line is exciting, growing and offers tremendous career opportunity.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConsulting with clients’ accounting, financial, operational and other management personnel to improve their businesses.\nLead HighRadius Cash Application implementation projects, assess, troubleshoot/test during the implementation cycle.\nConfigure, test and debug the HighRadius Cash Application solution.\nCollaborate with functional leads, technical teams, product management, and QA to deploy solutions rapidly.\nTrain and advise clients in the leading use of HighRadius products to fit their specific needs.\nCross train on additional HighRadius modules to ensure comprehensive understanding and ability to diversify implementation capabilities.\nTrain and mentor staff/project team.\nAll engagements require process analysis/optimization, documentation, project management skills and the ability to work in collaborative teams.\nParticipate in the sales process.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, accounting or related field.\nMinimum 1 years of end-to-end HighRadius Cash Application implementation experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nConsulting or Professional Services firm experience is preferred with previous pre-sales/sales experience.\nUnderstanding and demonstrated experience with working with multiple clients.\nCorporate or industry accounting experience.\nPrevious experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements\nAbility to anticipate and address client concerns and issues.\nFast learner, ability to break complex issues into project steps and problem solve.\nAbility to facilitate clients, and project teams, at all levels of the organization.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong data assimilation and organization skills.\nStrong self-direction and team working skills.\nExperience working with teams in the US.\nUnderstanding and demonstrated experience with working with multiple clients\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
