There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.\nJob Description\nIn Managed Application Services (MAS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of all our consulting practices including:\nMaintaining Dynamics 365 environments\nBusiness solutions and operations best practices\nConsulting process, tools and methodologies\nLeveraging technology to drive business operations efficiencies\nThis role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nYou must be client-focused and team oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our team.\nThis position requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and will require some night and weekend work.\nResponsibilities\nDesigning and develop solutions using Microsoft D365 CE functions and features to meet business objectives\nEnvironment management including deploying solutions, applying updates and refreshing environments\nTroubleshooting business application and supporting infrastructure issues\nProviding client consulting, both functional and technical\nUnderstanding how to obtain customer business requirements and communicate findings\nAdopting and learning new technologies\nWorking and interacting with teams in the configuration of their Microsoft D365 CE system\nManaging issues and projects across multiple clients simultaneously\nManaging a team of technical resources\nBasic Qualifications:\nUndergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical discipline\n10+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE and the Power Platform\nProven experience in leading and managing a team of technical resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment\nStrong understanding of core CRM functionalities, including Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights), and Customer Service/ Field Service\nProficiency in utilizing Dynamics 365 configuration tools like the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for extending CRM functionalities\nExperience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (FSC/BC/GP)\nKnowledge of development tools like Visual Studio and Dynamics 365 SDK for building custom plugins or workflows\nUnderstanding of web services and APIs for data exchange between Dynamics 365 and external systems\nCertification in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement\nFluent in English both written and verbal\nProficient in; \n.NET (C#)\nScripting (Java Script)\nSQL\nKingsway’s Soft / Scribe/ Boomi\nSSRS (Fetch XML Based Reporting)\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
