There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.\nBusiness Apps - NetSuite Managed App Services Supervisor\nThe NetSuite Integration Developer for MAS is responsible for supporting multiple client businesses by maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting NetSuite integrations. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting seamless connections between the NetSuite ERP platform and various third-party systems. It carries a strategic focus on building scalable, efficient, and reliable integration solutions that align with evolving business needs. This position requires strong technical expertise in SuiteScript and SuiteTalk, along with hands-on experience working with APIs such as REST and SOAP, as well as integration connectors and middleware platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of ERP systems and business workflows.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and clients to gather integration requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms, ERP, and custom applications) using SuiteScript, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi, Celigo, and MuleSoft.\nImplement, configure, and automate data transfers using SFTP or SPS Commerce between NetSuite and external applications, including support for ASN, invoices, purchase orders, and acknowledgment file exchanges.\nPerform script optimizations and conversions from SuiteScript 1.0 to 2.x, resolving issues such as timeouts, memory limits, and performance bottlenecks.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues by identifying root causes and implementing fixes, enhancements, or workarounds to maintain system stability and data integrity.\nSupport data migration, synchronization, and transformation tasks during implementation and post-go-live phases.\nOptimize integration performance, system scalability, and user experience by proactively identifying and addressing technical inefficiencies.\nEnsure customizations remain compatible with NetSuite platform updates; participate in system upgrades and recommend solutions aligned with new features and best practices.\nMaintain detailed technical documentation, including integration workflows, custom scripts, data mappings, and resolution procedures for ongoing reference.\nProvide technical support and training to clients, internal teams, and end-users as needed.\nFamiliar with NetSuite connectors and SuiteApps for enabling seamless third-party integrations and expanding platform functionality.\nStay up to date with NetSuite releases, enhancements, and system upgrades, and recommend solutions aligned with new features and best practices.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development, with a focus on integrations, SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics/SuiteQL.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, web services for building and troubleshooting integrations.\nUnderstanding of NetSuite architecture and core ERP modules, along with familiarity with EDI and workflow automation tools.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent analytical abilities.\nExperience to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, debug and resolve complex integration issues, and optimize system performance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience integrating NetSuite with third-party applications such as ADP, ClearTax, Salesforce, Shopify, Workday, Coupa, and others.\nBasic understanding of middleware platforms like Dell Boomi, Celigo, and MuleSoft.\nWorking knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and XML.\nFamiliarity with NetSuite administration and configuration, including roles, permissions, custom fields, and forms, is a plus.\nExperience working in agile development environments.\nHands-on experience using WebStorm IDE with the SDF for NetSuite development.\nProficiency with version control tools like Git, including branching, merging, and code reviews.\nNetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer, Application Developer, Web Services Developer) are a strong plus.\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
