There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.\nAs a Quality Engineering ERP Test Manager in Managed Application Services (MAS) at RSM, you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of our quality assurance practices including:\nLeading quality assurance projects associated with ERP implementations\nDeveloping and implementing test strategies\nDefect management services.\nContinuous improvement of testing processes\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams\nThis role requires excellent testing skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team-oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our team, maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and stakeholders, and help ensure successful projects.\nResponsibilities\nManaging quality assurance projects guiding teams of quality assurance engineers and testers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high performance of our clients’ software products.\nDeveloping, implementing, and maintaining robust test strategies and plans that align with project goals and timelines.\nEstablishing and maintaining defect tracking and management processes to ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of software issues.\nContributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies.\nCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams including software development, product management, and operations.\nDeveloping and maintaining quality metrics and reports to effectively communicate test progress, results, and quality status to stakeholders.\nBasic Qualifications:\nExcellent communication skills.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum of 12 years of experience in quality assurance and test management, with at least 4 years with project management experience.\nExperience in testing ERP software.\nFunctional knowledge of ERP software including experience of working on industry business process of Order to Cash, Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.\nIn-depth knowledge of test management tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops - ADO, etc)\nIn-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.\nProven ability to project manage a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of test automation (Leapwork, Work Soft, Tosca, Selenium)\nKnowledge of performance automation (Load Runner, JMeter, NeoLoad)\nAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
