There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nMicrosoft 365\nPlan and execute migrations to SharePoint Online from legacy SharePoint environments, file shares, and other supported content repositories.\nConduct migration assessments, including content inventories, source-system analysis, migration readiness reviews, and identification of remediation requirements.\nDevelop migration mappings, migration waves, schedules, validation approaches, and cutover plans.\nConfigure and use migration technologies such as ShareGate, AvePoint FLY, Microsoft Migration Manager, or comparable tools.\nExecute migration testing, troubleshoot migration failures, remediate content and configuration issues, and validate migrated content.\nSupport post-migration stabilization, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.\nDesign and configure SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, metadata, content types, navigation, and permissions.\nAssist clients with information architecture, governance, security, permissions, retention, and content lifecycle considerations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve or modernize legacy SharePoint solutions as part of migration activities.\nPower Platform\nDesign, configure, and support business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.\nModernize legacy SharePoint forms and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.\nIntegrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and, where appropriate, Dataverse and other Microsoft 365 services.\nApply appropriate Power Platform governance, security, environment, and solution-management practices.\nTroubleshoot and enhance existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.\nAutomation and Technical Delivery\nDevelop scripts and automation using PowerShell and PnP PowerShell to improve migration, configuration, reporting, and administrative processes.\nWork with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or other Microsoft 365 integration capabilities as appropriate.\nDevelop repeatable technical processes, scripts, templates, and documentation that improve project delivery.\nPerform testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical issue resolution.\nConsulting and Client Delivery\nParticipate in and lead client discovery sessions, requirements workshops, technical discussions, and project working sessions.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into practical Microsoft 365 solutions.\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nDevelop client-ready documentation, including requirements, migration plans, mapping documents, test plans, runbooks, status updates, and knowledge-transfer materials.\nIdentify project risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions and communicate them appropriately to project leadership and client stakeholders.\nManage assigned workstreams and deliverables with limited supervision.\nCollaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver successful engagements.\nProvide responsive, professional client service and contribute to a positive client experience.\nMinimum Qualifications\nApproximately 3-6 years of relevant professional experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, technology consulting, migrations, or related technologies.\nHands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.\nExperience independently delivering SharePoint migration projects.\nUnderstanding of the migration lifecycle, including:Assessment and discovery\nContent inventory\nSource-to-target mapping\nContent remediation\nMigration execution\nTesting and validation\nCutover\nPost-migration support\n\nExperience with SharePoint permissions, metadata, content types, libraries, lists, and information architecture.\nExperience with Power Apps and Power Automate.\nWorking knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting/automation technologies.\nExperience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and assigned project responsibilities in a consulting environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, AvePoint, Metalogix, or comparable migration technologies.\nExperience with PnP PowerShell.\nExperience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, CSOM, or similar Microsoft 365 integration technologies.\nExperience with Dataverse and Power Platform governance.\nExperience modernizing legacy SharePoint forms and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.\nExperience with SharePoint Online governance, retention, records management, permissions, and content lifecycle practices.\nExperience supporting complex or large-scale SharePoint migrations.\nExperience working in a consulting or professional-services environment.\nExperience facilitating client workshops and presenting technical recommendations.\nExperience developing reusable scripts, templates, migration processes, or other delivery
